Concord After 60 is a social and educational organization for Concord residents over the age of 60. Meetings are usually held the third Sunday of the month, 1 to 3 p.m., in the West Concord Union Church, corner of Main and Pine streets.

Monthly Meeting, Sunday, June 21^st , 1-3 p.m.
This month we will celebrate the beginning of summer with a Garden Party at the home of Mark and Pam Hanson, 340 Holden Wood Road, Concord.  Mark and Pam will give tours of their pollinator-friendly gardens and compost system.  This event is open to all.  Please join us for this delightful afternoon.

There will be no monthly meetings in July or August.  Enjoy your summer.

Book Group, June 25^th, 7:30 p.m., Zoom.
The discussion will be on “America’s First Daughter” by Stephine Dray.  This is a fascinating book about Thomas Jefferson’s oldest daughter, Martha “Patsy” Jefferson.  For more information, contact Moira Walsh at Moiraandrews@gmail.com.

Walking Group
The CA60 Walking Group will meet Friday June 5 and June 12 at 1:30 pm and beginning June 19th the group will meet at 10:30 am for the summer months.   The group walks in Concord and nearby towns. New walkers are always welcome. Contact Betty Knake etknake58@gmail.com if you would like to join us.

Art Without Fear
