Monthly Meeting, Sunday, November 16, 1-3 p.m.
Jean Goldsberry, executive director of Minute Man ARC, will be the speaker. Jean has worked at Minute Man ARC for 12 years and is its CEO. She is chair of the Concord Commission on Disabilities whose mission is to promote the inclusion of people with disabilties in the community, including social, recreational and employment opportunities. The commission also works on initiatives such as the Age Friendly Concord project that overlap with the needs of people who are aging or disabled.

Concord After 60 is a social and educational organization for Concord residents. Meetings are held the third Sunday of the month, 1 to 3 p.m., in the West Concord Union Church, corner of Main and Pine streets.

Book Group, January 8, 7:30 p.m., Zoom
“Becoming Madame Secretary” by Stephanie Dray. Frances Perkins was the first female cabinet member. She was appointed Secretary of Labor by Franklin Roosevelt and served from 1933 until 1945. Walking Group
The Walking Group meets Fridays at 1:30 p.m. Walks range from one hour to an hour and a half in various areas of Concord and nearby towns. New members are welcome.  Contact Betty Knake, etknake58@gmail.com.
Art Without Fear
